We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Xorcia is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors or building management
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
Contact us at support@xorcia.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue. Xorcia is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
