At Xorcia, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return and refund requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived physically damaged (e.g., broken, torn, or defective)
  • The item received is significantly not as described (e.g., wrong item, wrong color, wrong size)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

2. Time Limit

All return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@xorcia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video clearly showing the damage or discrepancy

We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with next steps. Do not ship any items back without receiving written authorization from us first.

4. Resolution Options

Upon approval of your return request, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after your request is confirmed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items returned without prior written authorization
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Items reported after the 30-day window

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases.
